We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer.
Location: Malaysia - Home Based Position
Sector: Machine vision and fiber optics
Functions
1. Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
2. Pay frequent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
3. Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
4. Frequent travel across the country and sometimesoverseas.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experiences in similar technical services job. 2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, electrical is preferred.
3. Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
5. Familiar with office software, such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically
6. Mandarin speaker
