Account Manager
KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.
Account Manager to oversee relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on IT solutions in sectors such as banking and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). The role involves client consultation, solution presentations, and project management to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Location:
Ho Chi Minh City
Functions:
- Consult directly with enterprise clients, presenting and advising on software, hardware, and IT service solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and addressing additional needs.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals and collaborate with technical teams for seamless project execution.
- Achieve and drive sales targets, responsible for managing assigned projects.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
Valuable:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
Minimum experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or account management within the IT sector, preferably in banking or enterprise environments.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
