The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the firm's presence in the commercial real estate market across Costa Rica, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.

Functions
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Some specific specialties (master's degree/certification): Fluency in English.
- Minimum experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the commercial real estate industry.
