Our client is looking for a BrSE/ Bridge Engineer (PHP) to join their growing team in Tokyo, Japan.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

1. Work in Tokyo with the BrSE team.
2. Program using PHP languages
3. Analyze, design, program, and fix bugs.
4. Communicate with clients to gather project information, requirements documentation, confirm information, and report project progress.
5. Conduct quality checks on project deliverables before delivering them to the client.
6. Act as a bridge between the offshore team in Vietnam and the clients, resolving issues that arise during the project and post-delivery.

Requirements & Skills

1. Japanese: Proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher (or N3++ with good communication skills).
2. At least 3 years of web programming experience in PHP
3. At least 1 year of experience working in the BrSE position.
4. Experience in project management.
5. Experience in implementing projects using various models such as Waterfall, Agile.
6. Strong leadership skills and a high sense of responsibility.
7. Ability to negotiate, persuade, propose ideas and solutions.
8. Positive and proactive, with a passion for project management and a willingness to face challenges.
