Job Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Product and Market Knowledge: Understand company solutions and products in 3D measurement, 3D printing, 3D software, and industrial equipment.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and develop annual market development and marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Marketing Activities: Organize and execute digital, online, offline, and co-branding marketing activities to achieve business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze industry competitors and market trends; propose optimizations for marketing activities.
  • Digital Presence: Manage and optimize fan pages, websites, and content.
  • Team Development: Build and manage a marketing team, including training and development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the marketing team to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Director and Leadership team.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Economics, or Languages.
    2. Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role within the industrial equipment, technology solutions, or software industries.
    3. Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in branding, product promotion, communications, and digital marketing.
    4. Budgeting Skills: Experience in annual budget creation and management.
    5. Team Management: Ability to train and manage a marketing team effectively.
    6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Email.
