We are looking for a Design Leader for our product team to manage the team and lead projects focused on designing new features and improving the UX of our product Come and have a chat with one of our members!

Responsibilities

- Manage and develop team members (3-4 people expected).

- Lead the design and UX improvements of new features for our product

- Consider design rules and build design systems.

Requirements

1. 6-7+ years of experience in UI/UX designing
2. Team management experience (3-4 members expected).
3. Experience in UI/UX design for web services.
4. Experience with Figma.
5. Business-level English or above.
6. Business-level Japanese or above.
7. Experience with agile or scrum development frameworks.
8. Experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
9. Experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B services.
10. Experience in building and operating design systems.
