We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a Company that supports future leaders from India in their quest for global impact. They create modern financial products and services that help Indian students pursue a global career. The company currently has more than 850 people, however, the team in Vietnam does not have anyone yet, so the positions being recruited will will be the first core team members.

Functions
1. Developing the Agent networking
- Actively seek and develop an agent system of study abroad companies in the assigned area.
- Carry out visiting activities at Agents' offices.
- Perform customer care work
- Support event activities with Agents
- Plan and conduct training sessions on expertise and programs/products for Agents.
2. Business activities
- Stick to the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly target plan to have an action plan and achieve the target from the assigned agent system.
- Understand the market and products to coordinate with relevant departments to promote products.
- Meet with dealer partners daily, coordinate and maintain good relationships with partners as well as support and advise on questions.
- Train the agent system to use the enrollment portal smoothly.
- Ensure smooth coordination between associates and the admissions/enrollment team and ensure the Agents' application processes run smoothly
3. Marketing activities
- Support the implementation of promotional events to promote enrollment activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing department on creative content to push information to agents promptly.
- Coordinate with foreign schools to support training programs to improve expertise and update knowledge/programs for partners.
- Propose appropriate promotional/enrollment promotion programs from time to time.
- Support superiors in proposing cooperation with potential schools
4. Other
- Proactively and strive to build a professional working environment, ensuring deadlines are met and associates have a positive experience throughout the enrollment process
- Always update the latest University and Foreign Education Industry news and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues
Requirements
- Already have available networks and experience in abroad study industry.
- At least 02 years experience in admissions processing for Canada/USA
- Working experience in famous abroad study agents or being Institutes/College/University representatives.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Qualified as a graduate/ postgraduate or equivalent with the knowledge of good computer skills
- Possess excellent knowledge about the region as the role involves extensive travel
- Have a good personality, a positive attitude & the ability to manage a team
- Should be aware of the global current affairs.
- Preferred - someone who has worked in a start-up environment.
